IN AN ELITE GUARD UNIT
The Special Purpose Brigade (SPB) is a mission-focused full-time unit in the D.C. Army National Guard. SPB Soldiers operate under ADOS orders in support of high-priority security and civil missions in the Nation’s Capital.
You’ll work side-by-side with elite agencies on joint operations that matter. Serve alongside the U.S. Secret Service, Capitol Police, Department of Homeland Security, and more.

Up to $3,456/month in housing allowance and $20,500 in tuition assistance available for qualified Soldiers.
ARE YOU ELIGIBLE?
We’re accepting prior-service Soldiers in IST, ISR, or IRR status. All ranks and MOS welcome. Priority given to 31B (Military Police) and 88M.
Applicants must meet Army fitness standards and be eligible for ADOS orders.
